Meet Rebecca Layla
Empowering Women to Level The F*ck Up
I'm Rebecca and my mission is to help people just like you go from heartbreak to happiness and feel un-fucking-stoppable in life and love by learning how to truly love themselves.
But first, I’m going to let you in on a little secret...
I used to be a MASSIVE people pleaser and I seriously lacked confidence, so when it came to relationships I settled for bare minimum BS. Repeatedly.

I knew something had to change so I went on a journey of self-discovery and spent years working on myself every single day to build my confidence, raise my self worth and break my toxic behaviour and thought patterns. I learnt the secrets to happiness, created a life so unbelievable I think every day “holy fuck, how is this my actual life?” and I learnt how to set the bar sky high when it came to dating and relationships.

And now I am going to help you do the same. Prepare to get so turned on by life, people are going to wonder what got in to you.

My Credentials
I have spent the last 15 years working in behaviour change across various settings, from social care to education, always aiming to help people create lasting change in their lives.

My journey began with a degree in Social Science from the University of York, driven by my fascination with human behaviour. Eager to understand why some people thrive while others struggle, I discovered positive psychology about 5 years ago through a self-development book. This field, which studies optimal human functioning, wellbeing, and flourishing, resonated deeply with me.

Inspired, I pursued a master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology at Buckinghamshire New University, graduating in 2023. Since then, I have launched my coaching business, helping people from diverse backgrounds achieve their dream lives.
